Practice gentle postures, vocal toning,

breath work, and meditation to

cultivate flexibility, calm and confidence in

preparation for labour, childbirth and motherhood. Enhance relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment as you bring balance into your changing body.  

Prenatal yoga practice is a wonderful way to connect with your baby and prepare you for birthing your baby. The classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Registration is required & Payment is required at the time of registration to hold your place. Payments can be made by e-transfer or by cheque:

please do not wear perfume, cologne, scented face/body/hair products or wear clothing containing chemicals such as dryer sheets, perfumed laundry soap, cologne, perfume, scented deodorant, mothballs, etc.

One-on-One Private Prenatal Sessions:

Tailored to meet your specific needs and goals at all stages of pregnancy.

Private Prenatal Support Sessions for Couples:
In these sessions, you'll:

  • be inspired and empowered to give birth as actively and as naturally as possible!
  • learn the stages of labour & birthing and how--- thru gentle postures, breathwork, vocal toning, meditation & massage/acupressure techniques,--- your partner can support the birthing mom with confidence and sensitivity.
  • cultivate greater focus, comfort, understanding and enjoyment for childbirth.
  • deepen your relationship and increase bonding between yourselves & your unborn child!


Beneficial at any time during pregnancy.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Each session tailored to the specific needs of the couple.

What can I say?  I've had an unlucky few years of sports injuries.  The past 6 years I've gone through surgeries and physiotherapy for a variety of sports injuries.  My lifestyle had to go through a substantial change in response.  Needless to say I had come out the other side not feeling like myself and being quite guarded about movements.  Being in Eileen's prenatal yoga class gave me confidence to explore my limits and knowledgeable about safely doing so.  With so many past injuries I was quite rattled about the prospect of expecting my body to perform as it should on THE BIG DAY – my baby's birth day!  I can say that I am much better prepared and looking forward to taking the next class in January to learn even more!  The class seems to be suitable for any woman in any point of their pregnancy at any fitness level.  I benefited from it on multi levels; learning to calm myself (meditation), stretching, strengthening, confidence and support from being around other mommies to be. I left feeling relaxed and accomplished each week!  Hope to see you there!

The tips I learned in your class helped me so much in the hospital after the baby. I was able to relax and actually take some naps which I was never able to do with my other 2 babies. Your prenatal yoga class was so beneficial to me!

It can be challenging to feel good in your body with all the changes and small discomforts of pregnancy, but during my prenatal class with Eileen each week, I feel comfortable, flexible, and good. I leave with warm, relaxed muscles and fewer aches and pains. I also appreciate the mental respite that the class provides; it is a calm, contemplative space and Eileen guides us toward a serene and positive mood. Eileen is very responsive to our needs and the class size allows for individual attention.
