This 24-minute movement practice is designed for seniors or those looking for gentle, mindful movement, while seated in a firm, sturdy chair. It is suitable for anyone with mobility or balance issues.

Benefits may include: increased muscle tone, enhanced mobility of joints, improved balance & strength, and overall serenity.

Please do what you can. Pay attention to your body. Rest when you need to.
